What size are the calendars?
Our calendars are printed in A3 format (297×420 mm), perfect for displaying your photos and staying organized.
What paper do you use?
All our calendars are printed in vibrant, full-color on 250gsm coated silk paper (100 lb cover). We use FSC/PEFC-certified papers from sustainable sources.
Can I start my calendar from any month?
Yes! You can begin your calendar from any month, so you can start using it right away regardless of when you order.
What can I customize?
Our calendars are fully customizable. You can:
- Choose your layout and format
- Add your own photos to each month
- Add text and special dates
- Mark birthdays and events
- Choose colors and fonts that match your style
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
From time to time we offer promotional discounts. Follow us on Instagram to stay updated on any offers.
Can I order multiple calendars?
Absolutely! You can create and order as many different calendars as you like. Each calendar is printed on demand just for you.
Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?
Yes, we welcome corporate inquiries and bulk orders for companies, organizations, or events. Please contact us at hej@calendarly.app with your requirements and we’ll provide a custom quote.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, absolutely. We use Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor, to handle all card transactions. Your card details go directly to Stripe’s secure servers and never touch our systems. This means we operate at the simplest PCI compliance level (SAQ A), as we never see, store, or transmit your actual card numbers.
Shipping & Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide, including all of Europe, Australia, and Asia. Currently, we do not ship to the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico.
How long is the production and delivery time?
We recommend allowing 5-9 business days for production and delivery. In many cases, it can be faster than that, but times may vary depending on your location and time of year.
When is the latest I need to order to get my calendars before Christmas?
To ensure delivery before Christmas Eve, we recommend ordering by December 10th at the latest. Production and delivery times can vary, so please order well in advance.
The App
Which devices are supported?
Calendarly is available for iPhone and iPad. You can download it for free from the App Store.
Do I need to create an account?
You can browse and design calendars without an account, but you’ll need to sign in to save your designs and place orders. We offer Sign in with Apple for quick and private account creation.
Is my data safe?
Yes, we take privacy seriously. Your photos are only used to create your calendars and are not shared with third parties. You can read our full privacy policy for more details.
Can I edit my calendar after saving?
Yes, you can edit your saved calendars at any time before ordering. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made to that order.
Changes & Cancellations
Can I cancel or change my order?
Since all calendars are personalized and printed on demand, you cannot cancel an order that’s already in production. If there was an error or you need to cancel, contact our customer service at hej@calendarly.app within one hour of placing the order. We always do our best to help, but refunds are not possible once production has started.
Please include your order ID and the reason for cancellation. If there was an error with your design, let us know immediately as we cannot fix it once production begins.
Problems & Support
I received my order but something is wrong, what do I do?
If your product has been damaged or something doesn’t seem right, contact us as soon as possible at hej@calendarly.app. Please describe the issue in detail, attach photos, and provide your order ID. Any issues must be reported within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
My package arrived damaged, what do I do?
If your package was damaged during shipping and the contents are affected, we need to file a claim with the carrier. Contact us at hej@calendarly.app with:
- Photo of the damaged product
- Photo of the shipping label (clearly readable)
- Photos of the outer packaging from all sides
- Photo of the inner packaging
- Photo showing how the product was packaged when it arrived
When is customer service available?
We aim to respond within 24 hours on weekdays (closed weekends and public holidays). If you haven’t heard back within 48 hours on a weekday, please email us again.
For the fastest help, include as much detail as possible about your question. For order-related questions, always include your order ID or the email address you used when ordering.
